We’ll carefully unbox your new television and prepare it for installation.

Your TV will be mounted in your preferred location using recommended viewing height and positioning guidelines for the best experience.

 Network connection and setup
We’ll connect your TV to your home Wi-Fi network and ensure it is ready to access your favorite content.

 App setup and personalization
We’ll help configure your favorite streaming apps, including Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and more.

 Connect your entertainment devices
We’ll connect up to three devices, such as:

• Gaming consoles
• Cable or satellite boxes
• Streaming devices
• Blu-ray players
• Other compatible entertainment equipment

 TV orientation and demonstration
We’ll walk you through your new TV’s features, settings, and basic operation so you can enjoy it right away.

 Professional wire management
We’ll organize and tidy your cables for a clean, polished appearance.
Please note: in-wall wire concealment is not included unless arranged separately.

What’s Not Included

To ensure the right equipment and pricing, please note that the following services are not included in the standard installation:

✘ Wall mounting hardware
A compatible wall mount must be purchased separately unless included as part of your installation package.

✘ Specialty surface installations
Installations on brick, stone, masonry, tile, or other specialty surfaces may require additional equipment, preparation, and charges.

✘ Outdoor or commercial installations
This service does not include outdoor TV installations, commercial displays, or digital signage installations.

✘ TV removal, relocation, or recycling
Removal of an existing TV, moving an existing installation, or recycling services are not included unless arranged separately.

How to Prepare for Your Installation

To help ensure a smooth and efficient installation, please:

 Confirm your wall mount is compatible with your TV’s size, weight, and mounting pattern.

 Ensure the installation area is clear and accessible before our team arrives.

 Have your TV available near the installation location if it has already been delivered.

 Have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready so we can complete your TV setup.

 Remove any furniture, decorations, or obstacles that may interfere with the installation area.
